The Mission Mentor’s Yearly Success Routine

Part 1: Goals In Life – Starting The Year On The Right Foot

The Mission Mentor's Yearly Success RoutineEvery year between Christmas and New Year, right on into the first week of the New Year, I refocus on my goals in life so I start the year on the right foot. This year, for the first time ever, I thought I’d share my routine because it works so well for me.

Let’s face it, we all have good intentions with our new year’s resolutions and we vow to make changes, but when that New Year comes around so fast, it feels like the year hits the ground running with you chasing it’s tail behind the eight ball. Precisely why I plan for lots of reflection time. This week between Christmas and New Year is like my major “Strategy With Spirit” spiritual juice week.

Every year I take this special time out for me, my life and my goals in life to make sure the next year runs smoothly from a solid foundation. When take that time out to reach my goals, magical things happen and all is progressing. I have had years where, for one reason or another, I was just too busy to put the time aside. Those subsequent years, I have noticed, seem to fly by without me having much of a handle on how things are progressing. So I have learned how important starting the year on the right foot is.

Here’s is my Success Routine. I’ve listed the routine below and then linked them to the blog post that explains in more details for those o you interested in any or all of the steps, wanting to take them in more depth.

  1. Step One – Examine My Subconscious Mind Beliefs That Could Be Holding Me BackThe first thing I do toward the end of each year, before I plan for the coming year, is examine whether or not I have subconscious mind beliefs holding me back from reaching by big goals in life. I look to see how did I do this previous year? Have I learned my lessons from the obstacles and difficulties I faces? Have I rooted out any unconscious limiting beliefs lurking away in the depths of my subconscious mind?

I do this self examination exercise first, because no amount of strategic planning, goal setting, creative visualization, affirming, humming or action will succeed while there are counter beliefs operating in your subconscious mind. They need to be found and fished out, transmuted and replaced with support beliefs that will get you to where you are going.

  2. Step Two – Check My Alignment With My Higher Self So I’m Reaching MY Goals

Being in alignment with your Higher Self when you set your goals in life, is one of the fastest ways to succeed in reaching your goals. That being said it would make sent if you wanted to be starting the year on the right foot you’d want to make sure you were in alignment with your Higher Self….

If you have set goals in life that are not aligned to your Mission Blueprint, that thing you came here to do in this world, then you may or may struggle in reaching your goals, and this leads to the all to familiar failed goals syndrome. The failure to reach goals doesn’t have much to do with how you write them, but more to do with; whether or not they in your Soul’s blueprint to achieve; are they what you really want at that Soul level –the level of your higher self; do you have your goals timed within the Laws of Nature (The Law of Periodicity in-particular); and do you have any subconscious blocks to reaching those goals that need to be routed out.

  3. It’s a great idea to review your goals and personal mission each year for one reason and one reason only. Things change! While your personal mission never changes at the Mission Blueprint level, you grow and the world changes, new technologies are born, new ideas come into our sphere of influence, and part of living successfully is adapting to change fast!

One of the other phenomenon’s I see with my clients is that many of their goals and personal missions aren’t their own. They belong to their parents, society, to their internal chirping monkeys, and so their goals are set from this place of “I should”. I should strive for this or I should make this my goal or I should do this.If you are sitting on any failed goals or struggling for some of them to come into fruition, it could be because you have set a goal you think you should have rather than because it’s part of your personal mission at your Soul’s Mission Blueprint level.Read More Here

  4. Step Four – Setting Personal Goals As Mission MilestonesNow I’ve cleared the path by removing limiting subconscious mind beliefs, realigned to my Mission Blueprint, reassessed my current goals for life, it’s time to set my personal goals for the coming year. Achieving these goals let me know I’m on track and living on purpose. These personal goals then become my mission milestones for my life.Having personal goals in life doesn’t only help you with direction, it actually helps you bring into your world that which you want to experience. Without them you wander aimlessly totally reliant on what is stored in your subconscious mind to bring to you experiences. If you haven’t programmed your subconscious mind for that which you want, via setting personal goals, you might not get it. We change agents and social entrepreneurs have goals in our missions and business, but have you taken the time to look at what your goals in life are on a personal level?Read More Here
  5. Step Five – Using Vision Board Goal Setting Software For Reaching My Goals FastThis is the fun part. John Assaraf of the movie ‘The Secret’ and Law of Attraction fame, put the Vision Board for goal setting on the map. Since that movie, vision board software came onto the market so you could not only set your goals but we visualize your goals and dreams as well. Vision Board Software, named exactly that, was the first goal setting software to come out to electronicize vision boarding, that I am aware of….

Traditionally to create a Vision Board you would cut out pictures that represent the goals you want to reach and place it prominently so you can use the power of creative visualization to manifest those dreams. I know, to some of you blokes it might seem girly, but if it’s good enough for multi-billionaire John Assaraf, in fact if it’s part of his arsenal that helped him become a multi-billionaire, then I figure it’s good enough for you.

  6. Step Six – I Set Goals For My Meditation Practice and Meditate

Another thing I do to before setting my new years resolutions and goals in life for the coming year, is meditate a lot. One of the most common questions I get asked when I suggest to my clients to meditate is, “How do I practice meditation?”

So here’s a very simple beginners technique on how to practice meditation.

  7. Step Seven – Setting Self Development Goals For My Butterfly Effect

Before I set my new years resolutions, I like to set some self development goals as part of my starting the year on the right foot routine. I think setting and reaching personal development goals are an important part of why social entrepreneurs and change agents will reach their mission milestones. Our greatest enemy is often our selves and our mind right?

I take my self development very seriously. I have been called the Queen of Personal Development after all. Being a Queen in self development then, I make sure I set my goals for the coming year. Continuing education for both my business and my personal development are part of helping me reach those self development goals.

  8. Step Eight – Setting The Goal of Purposeful EatingEvery year billions of people set the news resolution to eat better and loose weight. I’m no different. But this year I’m going to do something a little bit different. This past year I’ve talked about how being on purpose makes life a little easier and certainly more fulfilling. This coming year I’ve made the commitment to eating on purpose to make my goal in life of eating healthy, easier and more fulfilling just like living on purpose. Often we associate healthy eating with emptiness because we think we can’t have the things we love to eat. I wanted to turn that around this year.I found a great new book called The Numerology Diet. My goal is to read it and follow it. I also want to introduce my subscribers to the book so they can give me feedback as to how it’s working with them. I might well incorporate it into my Living On Purpose program.

Well there you have it. My yearly success routine. I hope you find it useful and it brings you the successes it’s brought me when you follow these steps. I’d appreciate your feedback via way of comments below.

Do You Have Subconscious Mind Beliefs Holding You Back in Life?

Part  2 of the “Goals In Life – Starting The Year On The Right Foot” Series

The first thing I do toward the end of each year, before I plan for the coming year, is examine whether or not I have subconscious mind beliefs holding me back from reaching by big goals in life.

This fact is one of the reasons I now add a whole section on how to remove limiting subconscious mind beliefs in my Mission Blueprint Home Study program. It’s always been a module in my Ten Step Master Plan, because this was one of the steps I did relentlessly during my campaign to save a billion dollar industry in 2006. Remember I achieved in just six months, something that industry was unable to do in seven years. One of the steps that made that campaign so successful within my Ten Step Master Plan was step four Turbo Charge Your Path To Success. This is the step where you systematically seek, find and remove all the blocks and subconscious mind beliefs that could spring up to hold you back from reaching mission accomplished.

Now I’ve added it to Mission Blueprint because I found the single most biggest problem in just about all my clients this year, was that something in their subconscious mind was holding them back from living fully on purpose. Removing limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious mind is part of the success packaged that get’s you to that life on purpose.

For me, looking back at my year at the end of each year, re-examining all my goals, challenges and life lessons that occurred, to see if I’ve missed any limiting subconscious mind beliefs that could act as blocks to achieving next years goal, is the single most important thing to do next to goal setting itself. In fact I would say it’s more important than goal setting itself because you wont’ reach your goals if you have not cleared the subconscious beliefs that limit your progress.

It was Bruce Lipton, author of Biology of Belief, who said, “95% of your day is living out beliefs stored in your subconscious mind.” That’s a lot of unconsciousness! Wouldn’t it be far better to create, goal set, and live our day more consciously? Do you think you might get better results if you did so?

subconscious mind beliefs, reprogramming your subconscious mind, removing self sabotaging behaviours preventing you from doing what you are here to do

Discover What You Are Here To Do, by Nicola Grace

In my latest book Discover What You Are Here To Do I wrote:

“Your subconscious mind in conjunction with a certain aspect of your brain are working together to magnetize to you the people, places, events and resources that throw you off track so you stay comfortable and you never get off the treadmill you’re currently on. You will stay stuck in this comfort zone until you re-program your brain and subconscious mind so that they congruently work together to help you move forward.”

That’s exactly what we do in Mission Blueprint – we systematically go fishing for all the subconscious mind beliefs that might be holding you  back from living your Higher Purpose and achieving your life goals. Then via a technique that was given me during my awakening and subsequent healing from cancer, we transmute those beliefs with that technique, and then program your brain to a new “Matrix Of Magnetic Beliefs” so you can pick up momentum toward your desired outcomes and experiences. Magnetizing to you instead the people, places, events and resources that help you reach your goals.

This is a powerful technique that I use all year long. But what I’ve noticed over the years, is that doing this exercise during the time of the shift from one year to another, changes my life for the better more substantially. It happens in mystical magical ways, I’m often dumb founded at the awesome power of our creative subconscious mind. There must be something in that energy of shifting into a new year, will billions of people around the world looking forward to new possibilities for the new year, that must help us with our goal setting in some magical, mystical way.

This last week of the year plus the first month of the new year, are the best times to be reassessing our lives, ridding our minds of subconscious beliefs that could be holding us back, and then goal setting from a clean slate, rather than a bucket of dirty water wouldn’t you think?

Being in Alignment With Your Higher Self and Reaching Your Goals

Part  3 of the “Goals In Life – Starting The Year On The Right Foot” Series

Being in alignment with your Higher Self when you set your goals in life, is one of the fastest ways to succeed in reaching your goals. That being said it would make sent if you wanted to be starting the year on the right foot you’d want to make sure you were in alignment with your Higher Self.

Now bare with me social entrepreneurs and change agents because I am getting spiritual with you. I am after all The Mission Mentor who teaches change agents and social entrepreneurs how to incorporate “Strategy With Spirit” and “The Undefeatable Laws of Nature” so your missions to transform this word succeed!

Imagine your spine for a moment if you will. If you don’t have a spine that is in proper alignment you not only can suffer from pain, you might also find a number of health issues develop along the way because of the lack of blood supply being able to run up and down your spine through the central nervous system. You might never reach peak physical performance because your mis-aligned.

So too, if you are not aligned with your Higher  Self, you can often manifest painful situations you weren’t born to experience, but you can also never full reach potential and peak performance as well.

Part of being in alignment with my Higher Self is to make sure my past present and future goals line up. I now take the time to make sure I reassess my goals at the end of each year, see if they are still in alignment with my purpose and mission, get rid of any that are inappropriate –tweak the goals that need tweaking to become in alignment with my Higher Self and it’s Mission Blueprint making sure I’m coming from my Soul. In this way I’m starting the year on the right foot and making sure I have a solid foundation for reaching my goals.

Starting your year aligned to your Mission Blueprint, means starting your year out on the right foot so every step you take is the right step in the right direction. Reaching your goals is a lot easier when you are in alignment with your Higher Self.

Review Your Goals and Personal Mission

Part  4 of the “Goals In Life – Starting The Year On The Right Foot” Series

It’s a great idea to review your goals and personal mission each year for one reason and one reason only. Things change! While your personal mission never changes at the Mission Blueprint level, you grow and the world changes, new technologies are born, new ideas come into our sphere of influence, and part of living successfully is adapting to change fast!

At the end of each year I review my goals and personal mission and I tweak my Vision, Mission and Purpose statements, making any adjustments I need to with my life goals, aims and objectives. This Is part of me making sure my ladder is still up against the right wall so every step I take in the new year is the right step in the right direction. In other words I’m ensuring I’m starting the year on the right foot.

One of the other phenomenon’s I see with my clients is that many of their goals and personal missions aren’t their own. They belong to their parents, society, to their internal chirping monkeys, and so their goals are set from this place of “I should”. I should strive for this or I should make this my goal or I should do this.
If you are sitting on any failed goals or struggling for some of them to come into fruition, it could be because you have set a goal you think you should have rather than because it’s part of your personal mission at your Soul’s Mission Blueprint level.

So by reviewing your goals each year and making sure your personal mission is YOUR personal mission and not someone elses dream, you are ensuring you are following your heart, passion and reason for being here in this world. You can realign and tweak your Life Path Plan each year to keep you focused and on track, reaching your mission milestones.

Find Your Life Purpose, Find Your Personal Mission

Mission Blueprint Home Study Program

This year I’m starting the year out with taking on board another 30 people for Mission Blueprint Home Bootcamp because I believe this review process is that important to starting the year on the right foot. Once you’ve discovered what it is you are here to do, what your personal mission is and set your goals in life, you have a tool you can use every year to review your goals and personal mission, keeping you focused on building the life you want, the life that gives you the greatest satisfaction and success.

Setting Personal Goals as Mission Milestones

Part  5 of the “Goals In Life – Starting The Year On The Right Foot” Series

Having personal goals in life doesn’t only help you with direction, it actually helps you bring into your world that which you want to experience. Without them you wander aimlessly totally reliant on what is stored in your subconscious mind to bring to you experiences. If you haven’t programmed your subconscious mind for that which you want, via setting personal goals, you might not get it. We change agents and social entrepreneurs have goals in our missions and business, but have you taken the time to look at what your goals in life are on a personal level?

Your personal goals are like your personal mission milestones once you reach them. They let you know if you are on track in life. I always start with my personal goal setting from the point of aligning those goals to my Mission Blueprint – that which I am here to do. If I’m goal setting from ego I may find one of three things happen:

1.    I immediately meet with stumbling blocks and opposition to my goals. In fact often I seem to be heading in completely the wrong direction of reaching them. When my goals are set in alignment with what it is I am here to do then every step I take is the right step in the right direction.

2.    I loose interest in pursuing them. Usually a clear sign the personal goals are in conflict with your Higher Self and its life purpose.

3.    I never reach them and they become failed goals.

I wanted to share a couple of excerpts out of my new book called Discover What You Are Here To Do which puts forward the need to have a Life Path Plan, much like a business plan with goals and mission milestones, so you have a map that will get you from where you are today to where you want to be. In this excerpt I dispel a common myth about planning and goal setting that I believe has many spiritual person living in poverty, not reaching their full potential and living half a life.

Enjoy!

Discover What You Are Here To Do, by Nicola Grace

“Once you’ve discovered what you’re here to do, in order to transition from where you are now to where you want to go, and avoid fear either holding you back or stopping you in your tracks, you need a strategic plan with clear aims, objectives, goals, and an action plan broken down into doable steps. Breaking your plan down into doable steps gets you off the ground much faster because you’re side-stepping any fears you may have. It’s not that you won’t ever have to deal with fear but if you want speed, the fastest way to get that is not to go charging full steam into that which terrifies you.

Starting with doable steps also helps you build confidence in yourself and it picks up momentum on your path. You develop strong legs so to speak. With momentum, speed and strong legs you’ll be able to better face any fear that comes up along your path in the future. Facing your fears with wobbly legs is a slow approach and it’s not always guaranteed to work.

Of course you’re free to bombastically face your fears and jump off cliffs and sky dive into your challenges. It works if you have the type of personality that loves the adrenaline rush. That is not most people. Most people get fearful to the point they distract themselves from the fear, holding themselves back.

Having a road map in the form of a strategic Life Path Plan with an action plan that breaks your steps down into doable steps can help you side-step fears initially so you can get the ball rolling on what it is you are here to do.”

“I want to dispel a common spiritual myth out there, that has no grounding in new quantum science, and in my opinion has lead to many good hearted people living in poverty. That myth is that you don’t need to set goals or plan your life because the “Universe” will take care of you – “the Universe provides” so therefore there is no need to plan.

There is so much I could be saying to debunk this idea, so I’ll keep it brief for now because this is another soap box of mine that could have me writing a whole other book. We are now learning from quantum science and new brain discoveries how we create our reality and experiences.

We’re also beginning to have some inkling as to how we can manifest form through very new and revolutionary scientific discoveries. We now know there isn’t anything outside of us acting upon us in separation to us or what we think. We are all one. WE ARE a microcosm of that “Universe”. We are in fact “The Universe” we think is providing for us. The very substance of our lives comes into being in a co-creative equation of what we think and desire, what we intend in co-operation with the Divine, God, or Universal Creative Intelligence because there is no universe out there separate from us.

Yes the Universe is an abundant place with all that we could ever need to thrive, part of that thrival depends on how in harmony with the Universal Laws of Nature we are. If we were bees, all the flowers in the world we needed to collect nectar and take back to our queen, would be provided. We are human beings with a complex mind and therefore, unlike bees and the rest of nature, we are subject to the Laws of Mind. And the Laws of Mind require us to think in order to bring something into creation, in the same way our Creator creates. We are after all created in that likeness. It makes no sense that an omnipotent Creator could create something unlike itself.

Better to think consciously and plan out what it is we want and where we want to do, rather than to unconsciously meander through life – unless of course meandering is your Higher Purpose.

Through the Universal Laws of Nature, we humans with a complex mind need to think about what it is we desire and want to experience, in order to bring it into creation AND THEN the Universal Creative Intelligence within us and all around us, provides according to the Law of Creation. That requires setting goals and holding a vision of the outcomes we want to experience.

Now, when those goals and your life vision are created in co-operation with your Soul, then you are working in harmony with yourself. You have the greatest foundation for happiness and success, instead of a steady stream of unfulfilled goals and a vision you’ll never realize.”

Using Vision Board Goal Setting Software for Reaching Your Goals Fast

Part  6 of the “Goals In Life – Starting The Year On The Right Foot” Series

abundant_quiz3-1John Assaraf of the movie ‘The Secret’ and Law of Attraction fame, put the Vision Board for goal setting on the map. Since that movie vision board software came onto the market so you could not only set your goals but we visualize your goals and dreams as well. Vision Board Software, named exactly that, was the first goal setting software to come out to electronicize vision boarding, that I am aware of.

Visionboarding, that is creating a visual representation of your goals and dreams, is not only good for change agents and social entrepreneurs to do for their personal goals, it’s also excellent to vision board your big mission, personal missions and even mission milestones.

As you know I like to say, “Millions of people around the world use the Law of Attraction to manifest a hot dude, hot babe, bigger car, better house and so on, why not use it and other Laws of Nature to change the world?” I think i need to add to that now and also say, “Thousands of people around the world use Vision Boards to creatively visualize reaching their goals fast, why not use Vision Board to creatively visualize making the world a better place fast.” After all the end of the world has come and gone and here we are, same old problems different day. 🙂

Vision Board Goal Setting Software – Mind Movies

Mind Movies is the world’s number #1 visionboarding software.

Vision Board Goal Setting Software Visual Goal Setting Software Creative Visualization

Vision Board Goal Setting Software

What I like about Mind Movies is that I get to create my own movie of what I want to achieve and how I want to start the year off on the right foot with creating my goals in life. You can add your affirmations to each of the visual images. You don’t have to buy heaps of magazines, go through them and cut the images out then glue them. The software allows you to upload jpgs and gifs. So vision board goal setting is so much faster and a lot more fun.

I also like that you can add music to your movie, set the images to your desktop of your computer or your screen saver, and set the affirmation bubbles to pop up at intervals, reminding your subconscious mind that this is what you want it to go out and fetch your you.

So this year as you are starting the year on the right foot with setting your goals in life, why not supercharge the time frame in which you achieve those goals by using the Mind Movies visionboarding software. It’s one of the best purchases I’ve made, I think, because it now gives me a tool to bring about anything I want! Be sure to Vision Board your missions for change and that better world we all want to live in, as well.

Meditation Goal Setting and How to Practice Meditation

Part  7 of the “Goals In Life – Starting The Year On The Right Foot” Series

Another thing I do to before setting my new years resolutions and goals in life for the coming year, is meditate a lot. One of the most common questions I get asked when I suggest to my clients to meditate is, “How do I practice meditation?”

So here’s a very simple beginners technique on how to practice meditation.

Simply sit still, be comfortable, you don’t have to be cross legged or sit in the lotus position.

Now focus you attention of being as physically still as possible. No movements.

This does two things:

1.    It gives your busy mind something to do.
2.    It eventually quietens down that busy mind.

Meditation Goal Setting

It’s always a great idea to set a goal for your meditation practice. Each meditation session may have a different goal or the same goal. For example you might set the goal to sit still for five minutes. You may then extend that time frame. You may also set the goal to go deeper into your meditation or have an awakening experience. Up to you what goal you set.

Meditation goal setting can be applied also to your goals in life. For example if you don’t know what to do, what direction to head in with your life purpose, or if you have some problem you need to solve you can set the meditation goal to finding an answer to the issue before you begin your practice.

Helpful answers are more likely to come to a quiet mind in peace, connected to your Higher Self, than when your mind is whirring around like a tornado of thoughts in all directions. Sitting still, focusing on not moving the body, having set your meditation goal is a good place to start your meditation practice.

I’ve put together a series of great meditations to connect with your higher self that I’ll be releasing to my subscribers in the coming days. If you’re interested, and want more tips on living a life of purpose incorporating Strategy With Spirit, be sure to sign up for my monthly Ezine below:

Setting Self Development Goals and the Butterfly Effect

Part  8 of the “Goals In Life – Starting The Year On The Right Foot” Series

Before I set my new years resolutions, I like to set some self development goals as part of my starting the year on the right foot routine. I think setting and reaching personal development goals are an important part of why social entrepreneurs and change agents will reach their mission milestones. Our greatest enemy is often our selves and our mind right?

I take my self development very seriously. I have been called the Queen of Personal Development after all. Being a Queen in self development then, I make sure I set my goals for the coming year. Continuing education for both my business and my personal development are part of helping me reach those self development goals.

Scheduling Continuing Education to Reach Your Self Development Goals

I make sure I block the appropriate time off on my calendar for the various education programs I want to do, plus I add the investment it will take for these programs into my financial budget for the year. Take it from me, if you don’t block the time off you may find you aren’t able to take time out for your own education and growth. Also if you don’t budget for your continuing education and growth, you may find you have to miss out on something, or you spend funds on something that isn’t as important to you.

I once sat in a seminar that presented me with an amazing opportunity to be mentored by someone I highly respect and admire. At the time I was not able to even stretch to invest in the program, as I have done for other self development programs I have taken. I remember sitting there in the audience feeling this huge sense of disappointment, regret and poverty. I’d never felt that way before. This was my opportunity to take a quantum leap in my life and I missed the boat. A feeling I vowed never to have again.

Ever since that fateful day I vowed to be more purposeful, mindful and prepared to invest in any continuing education, self development or spiritual awakening programs I wanted to. So I now create my self development goals each year, research the education programs that will help me get there faster, if I don’t already know of any I want to do. And here’s the key, I create the budget and start putting that money aside every week, so my personal development bank account is bursting at the seams. I also make sure I budget for spur of the moment, surprise programs and opportunities.

That way I never have to live with regret.

Changing The World By Setting Self Development Goals

Interestingly enough I set the goal to increase my brain capacity one year, so I was using more of my brain. It was during that year I begin to find out all about the new brain science discoveries. Neural Plasticity became the new buzz phrase in the self development movement and books on the brain became prevalent. All the tools I needed to increase how much of my brain I used were at my finger tips.

In my new book Discover What You Are Here To DoI discuss the idea of The Butterfly Effect. The Butterfly effect is the phenomenon of small movements having an impact on larger systems. In the book I postulate that you living on your higher purpose, doing the very thing you were born to do creates the change we all want to see in the world. It’s your Butterfly Effect.

So, could my self development goal setting be the Butterfly Effect that set off a chain reaction that bought about an explosion of discovery in brain science? Possibly, I’d like to think so. 🙂 I do see this phenomenon being demonstrated a number of times. Goals are set, the means are created. That’s why I think it is so important to set self development goals. Not only does it help you achieve your Mission Blueprint – that thing you were born to do, it also contributes indirectly to changing the world and evolving humanity through the Butterfly Effect. Interesting idea to contemplate.

So go forth and set your self development goals, schedule in the personal development education that will get you there, budget your investment in yourself, and change the world for the better, in doing so. 🙂

If stepping up to do what you are here to do, and living your higher purpose are on your wish list for this coming year, I wanted to put my hat in the ring to help you with your training and education on exactly how to make that happen.

Spiritual Eating via the Numerology Diet for Purposeful Eating

Part 9 of the “Goals In Life – Starting The Year On The Right Foot” Series

I love the idea of The Numerology Diet and purposeful eating. I’m not a numerologist, but if you’ve been following my blog posts for the past few years, you will have noticed I refer to this ancient science of numbers to help give perspective to the historical numeric dates we have had. For example my post on 11:11:11 and the significance, I showed how historically seeming insignificant events that took place this date in 1911, monumentally changed the way we humans live.To now look at numerology to help us with purposeful eating is right up my alley. I like the idea of spiritual eating – AND  a spiritual diet plan is not what you think it is!

Just recently I made a video on 12:12:12 and what the numerology significance of this is. I’ve also been talking all year about how important it is to have our ladder up against the right wall, that is to say, be aligned to your higher purpose, so that every step we take is the right step. I think it’s important for social entrepreneurs and change agents to be eating healthy, particularly if it’s in support of their personal missions, so they can have the higher vibrations to transform the world without reaching burn-out.

With Christmas past, the psycho babble of the end of the world over :), pardon the pun, this is usually a time when we begin to focus on the coming year, think about our resolutions, think about our life purpose and most of us vow to eat better, may decide to go on a diet.

How Bout Trying Spiritual Eating to Support Change Agents and Social Entrepreneurs to Achieve Your Personal Missions

I wanted to turn that around this year.

The Numerology Diet - Spiritual Eating to Support Change Agents and Social Entrepreneurs to Achieve Their Personal Missions

I found a great new book called The Numerology Diet. I haven’t read it yet, but one of the author’s is the wife of JV partner and Celebrity Numerologist Mike Madigan (A fellow ex-pat). So one of my goals for this year is to read it, follow it and learn more about eating according to my life purpose. We’ll see how we go.

I like the idea that there is an ideal way of eating for each of us that lines up with our life purpose and supports our life being on purpose. It fits in so nicely with everything I teach about having your ladder up against the right wall.

If we’re talking about starting the year on the right foot, living your life purpose according to your mission blueprint and eating according to your life purpose, so that you are well support to reach your goals in life seems like such a cool thing to focus on this year.
